AI Operating Partners
We design, set up and run AI agents for owner-led companies. Leads answered, follow-up done, numbers on one page. Your voice and your rules, with a person accountable for the results.
What AI Operating Partners do
An agent is one job, written down, with a test. We configure proven tools around how your business already runs, write every instruction in your voice, and stay accountable for the numbers we agree on.
A Discovery Assessment scores twelve areas of your business and ranks the top three places AI can help, in dollars, from your own numbers.
Each agent gets a job in one sentence, an owner, a week on the calendar and a test it has to pass before it runs on your name.
A person reads a sample of every agent's work each week and fixes what fails that week. A five-line brief every Monday at 7 AM. A monthly report in green, yellow or red.
The agents
Pick your kind of business. Every agent below has run live in a demo built for a real company in that sector. Each one does one job, checks its own work and reports to you.
Most teams have hundreds of past clients and hear from a fraction of them. Speed on new inquiries, a steady rhythm with past clients and a clean weekly picture are where AI pays first.
Where it pays first
Three of the four lead engines run on business you already have: past clients and referrals, speed on the leads you get, and the leads that went cold.
The business you already own, worked properly. Calls answered on the job site, old quotes reworked, the invoice out before the truck leaves.

An office that sits between customers and owner-operators needs agents that know who they work for. Each one does, and each one hands off to a person at the right moment.

Trust wins over price in local food. Speed on inquiries, a content calendar that never goes quiet and a save before a pause.

Intake, follow-up and the weekly picture, without a second job for the principal.

How we deliver
Nothing custom-coded. Everything configured around how your business already runs, then handed to you with the keys.
Every past customer in one clean list, plus calendar and inbox. We clean and de-duplicate it. You don't.
A voice file built from an interview: how you talk, what you'd never say. A rules file every message passes through.
One system for CRM, texting, email, calendars, forms, workflows and the 24/7 receptionist. Your own account. Exports any time.
One job each, instructions in your voice. Most are a workflow and a prompt. A few are a person working from a checklist.
A queue on your phone. Every draft waits for a tap until you release an area. Every message logged with who approved it.
Eight numbers with a baseline dated kickoff week, green, yellow or red. The Monday brief is five lines pulled from it.
Yours. We build on top of it.Ours to build, run and tune.
One message, start to finish
You're at dinner.
In your voice. Asks timeline, budget, area. Offers two times from your calendar.
Compliance language, your name on anything public, daytime hours for texts. If it fails, it doesn't send.
The draft waits for one tap on your phone. Offers and pricing always come to you.
Who approved it, when, to whom. Findable in under a minute, for as long as you like.
Replies sent, replies received, appointments booked, hours saved, one thing we fixed.
A normal Tuesday, after AI is deployed
You're on a job. Phone rings. AI answers, quotes the arrival window, books it on your calendar.
Last month's unclosed quote gets a friendly follow-up. The customer says yes.
Job wraps. The invoice and a review ask reach the customer before your truck leaves the street.
Your numbers land on your desk: booked, recovered, saved. You approved what mattered.
What you get
Extend includes everything in Prove. Every item is something running in your business, not a recommendation in a binder. Your assessment tells us which level fits. Most businesses start with Prove.
Prove
The front deskThe leads you already get, worked properly.
Extend
The growth engineProve, plus follow-up, marketing and the paperwork.
Included at every level
The operating partnerThe part you can't buy off a shelf.
How investment works. One deployment fee, once, that the Deep-Dive Assessment credits against. Then a monthly operating level, Prove or Extend. Moving between levels carries no new build fee. Third-party tools underneath are billed at cost, only with your approval. A 90-day first term, then you stay, step up or stop.

Deep-Dive AssessmentWho we are
We bring that experience to yours. One of us builds, one of us is with you every day.
Co-founder · Build and delivery
Joe writes every prompt, the voice file, the rules file, the dashboard and the tests, and sits with you for the monthly review.
He spent five years in business development and partner ecosystem leadership at Google Cloud, where he served on the company's AI steering committee, and later led global partner and channel business development at UKG. Before that he helped scale TriNet from $70M to $777M through its NYSE IPO as National VP of Sales, and co-founded StudentCity, acquired by TUI Travel. He serves on the advisory board of Clark Atlanta University, where he created the Google Scholars program.
Co-founder · Day to day
TJ is your partner from day one: the kickoff, the weekly check-in, the accounts, and anything that needs a human the same day.
He built his career in franchise development, selling 130 licenses nationally and putting AI sales workflows to work across a national network. He runs the tests a second time, the way you would, before anything ships.

Book a Discovery AssessmentWhy a banyan
Thomas Edison planted a small banyan in Fort Myers in 1925. It now spreads over an acre, because a banyan grows new roots from its branches and each one becomes support for the next. That's how we think about AI in a business: start with one job, root it well, and grow from there.
